Rhys has an Echo Eye, which he uses to scan objects and people in his surroundings. He can get bits of information on characters this way, though it's not exactly a science. There are two parts to these readings: body scans, and database information. Because there's no hyperion database in Hadriel, Rhys will unfortunately only be able to read your character's physical data at that point in time. Things like age, blood pressure, etc etc. He can only do this when he's face-to-face with people, and he forgets sometimes because he's silly.

Here are a few examples!

If there are any obvious irregularities with your character's body (multiple hearts, no organs, crazy body temperature, etc) he'd be able to pick up on that. However, he wouldn't be able to pick up on things that aren't purely physical- like magical abilities, power levels, or anything like that.

As a final note, Rhys' system is 1. A little glitchy and 2. Can be hacked. If you'd rather him be unable to scan your character or have his system glitch out while attempting to scan them, then that is definitely something that can be done! Additionally, characters in his canon have altered their own data (as seen in the last example), so if your character is decent at technological stuff, feel free to have him see false data!

Character name: He won't know this from scanning, but it helps me!
Status: This can be anything from blood pressure to height to weight to age, to temperature- basically any sort of physical data he can get on your character. Please put at least two things in! If you're having trouble with this part, I can also just make something up if/when he does the scan, since some of the stuff he reads can be subject to timing.
Irregularities: Here is where you'd let me know if your character has any obvious physical abnormalities that might not be noticeable unless he scans them!
Hacking/Glitching/Opt out: If you'd like to opt out of the scanning, let me know- furthermore, if you want to work out some sort of hacking/glitching thing then let me know here as well!

Just an FYI to any characters with mind reading or similar capabilities: in canon, Rhys accidentally installed a rogue AI of the series villain into his head. Any attempts at reading his mind is going to wind up with two very conflicting voices, as Handsome Jack is a cruel megalomaniac and Rhys is pretty much a massive dork. I'll try to hit up individual permissions posts as well, but this is a blanket permission to have your character pick up on that!
